Vinlist Limited ("we", "us", "our") operates the website https://www.vinlist.co.uk and provides wine importing, distribution and supply services to restaurants and private clients across the UK. If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at info@vinlist.co.uk.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
3. OUR SERVICES
Vinlist Limited provides the following services:
Pay As You Pour — A flexible wine stocking solution for restaurants whereby wine is supplied on site and payment is only made for bottles sold. Unsold stock is collected and replaced on a agreed cycle.
Delivin — An on-demand wine delivery service operating in Chelsea and Mayfair, delivering premium wines to restaurants within 15 minutes via our app.
MySommelier — A personalised wine concierge service connecting individuals with curated wine selections, rare vintages and en primeur bottles.
4. TRADE ACCOUNTS
Our Pay As You Pour and Delivin services are available to registered trade businesses only. By opening a trade account with Vinlist you confirm that you are a legitimate business operating in the hospitality industry. We reserve the right to verify your business details and decline any application at our discretion.
5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders placed through Vinlist are subject to acceptance and availability. For Pay As You Pour clients, payment terms will be agreed upon at the point of account setup. For Delivin orders, payment is processed at the time of ordering through our app. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
6. DELIVERY
We aim to fulfil all deliveries within the timeframes outlined in your service agreement. For Delivin, we aim for 15-minute delivery within our service area of Chelsea and Mayfair. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, traffic conditions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
7. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
For Pay As You Pour clients, unsold bottles will be collected and replaced in accordance with your service agreement. For individual orders, cancellations must be made before dispatch. We do not accept returns on delivered wine unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Any faulty or damaged goods must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery at info@vinlist.co.uk.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on our website including text, images, logos, and branding belongs to Vinlist Limited and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vinlist Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order or service in question.
10. ALCOHOL AND LICENSING
Vinlist Limited operates in compliance with UK alcohol licensing laws. Our services are available to persons aged 18 and over only. By using our services you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We operate under the Licensing Act 2003 and reserve the right to refuse supply at our discretion.
